Introduce

This machine is suitable for all kinds of cardboard and corrugated paper pasting, the operation is simple, no need experience, one minute quick change the production order.  it can paste about 300mm minimum for the carton box.  It is a very ideal pasting machine for carton production plants.

Operation

1. Pour the mixture glue into paste barrels

2. Press the switch button of each part. When the whole machine runs normally, turn on the switch of the pasting barrel on the lower side to make the glue flow to the pasting head.
3. Push the cardboard according to the operation requirements, so that one side of the carton can be evenly distributed after passing through the bottom of the paste.
4. On the other side, after passing through the pasting head and passing through the pressing device of the pressure wheel, it will stick tightly to the side of the glue.
5. Then through the middle of the compression device, so as to achieve the purpose of bonding.

7. Shift knobs are brand of Schneider; photoelectric switch are Omron brand. Main drive motors are Taiwan brand; others motor adopted domestic brand.

 

8. Two workers is necessary for whole process, gluing, wrapping and well-stacking can be done; saving labor cost and easy operation.

 

9.The main and most important part is the Gluing Head. When the Glue come down from upside and it flows into the Gluing head. So the quality of the Gluing head means a lot to a gluing machine.
