Feeder:
1. Adopt three axle lead edge feeding. It is more accuracy, thin and bend paperboard easy to be feed in. 
2. It can send paperboard continuously or by skip (with counting device )
3. Electric controlling the clutch of the machine platform with alarm in order to ensure operator safe. 
4. Main motor starting protective device.(If the machine has not been locked.the main engine can not start 
   revolving.)
5. The separate motor starting protective device.(If the machine has been locked you can not start the separate 
   machine.)
6. It can adjust feeding paper journey to relieve feeding rubber roller pressure. 
7. Dust collecting device, brush and the air blower can clear the dust and the paper scrap on paperboard. 
8. Left and right baffle adopt electric control. 
9. Back support paper platform adopts manual adjustment.

Printer:

1. The flexo plate roller and pressing roller adopt high quality steel material, the surface is grinding and hard 
   chromed.
2. With dynamic balance, so the revolving is steady.
3. To load and unload the printing plate with the foot switch to control the positive and negative revolving.
4. Gap between pressing roller and flexo plate roller adopt manual adjustment with panel shows the data.
5. Phase adjusting structure adopts planet type gear structure.
6. Printing phase fixed device, pneumatic brakes. While the machine separates or the phase is adjusting, the 
   brakes can restrict the revolving of the machine platform and keep the fixed point of the original gears 
   position.
7. The flexo plate roller lateral movement is 20 mm.
8. Rubber roller:the steel pipe is packed by the wear-resisting rubber, it adopts medium and high special grinding 
   with good transfer ink effect.
9. Adopt high precision and wear resisting anilox roller.
10.With flexo ink auto running motor, in case the ink will be dry as it main motor stops.

Slotter:
1. Slotting phase adjustment adopts planet type gear structure. 

2. Slotting phase is controlled by PLC, touching screen and electric digital 360 degrees adjustment.(It can be 
   adjusted while revolving or stopping.) 
3. Gap of pressing line wheel adopt manual adjustment with panel shows the data. 
4. Slotting knife seat gap adopts manual adjustment with panel shows the data. 
5. Slotting knife width is 7.0mm with alloy steel material. After heat treatment and grinding. Sawtooth shape 
    slotting knife and double pieces type slicing edge knife, the knife is sharp and of long using life. 
6. Optional device of punch hole, hand hole for slotting unit.
7. Optional four knives mould die cutting unit.

Rotary Die Cutting:

1.The cushion roller adopts mechanical cam structure with the moving range 40mm. 
2.The gap between cushion roller and cutting mould roller adopts electrical adjustment . When stopping feeding 
  paper, the cushion roller will rise automatically; When working ,the cushion roller will return to the working 
  position. 
3.Adopt compensating system, no matter how much the cushion diameter changes, the speed of the cushion will track 
  automatically without manual adjustment. 
4.With restoration device for cushion, after wear and tear to keep the surface of the cushion smooth.
5.optional for the slotting attachment device.

Stacker:
1.The receiving paper arm adopt auto and manual operation with safe structure to avoid receiving paper arm 
  suddenly drop and hurt operator.
2.The convey paperboard plate adopt powerful chain drive. 
3.The height of stack is 1600mm. 
4.With the paperboard stacker height changing, the platform automatically adjusts the gradient height, Lifting 
  motor is with the brake function, then the convey paperboard plate can keep the fixed position to prevent 
  falling down. 
5.The pneumatic supporting paperboard structure, when reach the setting height, the supporting paperboard device 
  will automatically open, then adopt other device to support paperboard.
6.The corrugated belt can prevent the sliding of the paperboard.
