Introduction
This double servos stitching machine has the characteristics of high speed, durability, low noise and low failure rate, and is suitable for use in various sizes of carton nails. Both single-piece and two-piece can be nailed. It is very cost effective, the price is less than half of the semi-automatic stitching machine price. 


Function
- Double Servos, use servo motor and the drive. This machine takes advantage of the action of the emergency stop/emergency start of the servo motor and the drive to replace the use of the mechanical clutch and the electromagnetic clutch, and can improve the accuracy and service life.

 

 
- PLC touch screen control, speed adjustment function, nails distance/nails number/nails type self-control, efficient 150pcs -450pcs per minute, so that the skill of the stitching worker is not limited.
 
- Simple structure，easy to maintain and repair, and the cam drive is adopted. The main unit uses an alloy blade, and the connecting rod is connected by bearings to reduce mechanical wear and improve service life.
 
- Feeder adopts servo control, Stitching distance accuracy, and there is no technical requirement for the operator.
